There is a new ORI for the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD).

Most recently an email was sent out to all livescan fingerprint providers. The state continues to roll more and more government agencies into the AHCA Clearinghouse. To read and understand all of the AHCA Clearinghouse definitions click here...

APD will begin onboarding all APD Providers to the Clearinghouse on May 25, 2015.

The new ORIs for these programs are listed below. These ORIs require retained prints AND a photograph

**ANY SUBMISSION USING THE FOLLOWING ORIs PRIOR TO 5/25/2015 WILL BE REJECTED BY THE FDLE.  DO NOT SUBMIT FINGERPRINTS WITH THESE ORIs UNTIL AN ACTIVIATION NOTICE HAS BEEN SENT.**

APD Providers are required to register applicants on the Clearinghouse website prior to screening; this will create a Screening ID, or Screening Request ID, for use by Livescan vendors and providers.  The new ORI(s) will be passed to the Livescan vendor/service provider in the ApplicantInfoGetResponse if an appointment is scheduled via the Clearinghouse website.

EZFingerPrints is set up to handle all request and if anyone has any questions please call us anytime!

Any submissions under the new ORI(s) should be accompanied by a photograph if the individual wants their screening entered into the Clearinghouse; the photo should be submitted to the Clearinghouse via the standard web service.
