It’s What We Do Best

EZ FingerPrints provides Level 2 FBI background checks and fingerprinting services for hospital systems, schools, not-for profits, real estate licenses, liquor licenses and many more! Our electronic fingerprinting system is convenient and quick. Once we take the fingerprints, we send them directly to the FDLE, which then sends the prints to the associated governing agency – AHCA, DCF, DBPR, etc.

We also provide our customers with drug testing services. We specialize in setting up drug free workplace programs and pre-employment screening. EZFingerPrints has you covered for all of your pre-hire needs!

FAQ’s 1. Do I need to make an appointment to get my fingerprints taken?

You NEVER need an appointment. Please feel free to walk in during our hours of operation. 2. What are your hours of operation?

  • The Largo office is currently open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4:45 PM.   NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.
  • The Holiday office is currently open Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 2 PM. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.

3. How long does it take to get back the fingerprint (or drug test) results?

Fingerprint results take between 24-72 hours. However, if the quality of prints is poor, it may require a reprint or a longer process time. If a criminal history is found, it can increase the amount of time taken to receive results. Florida’s current workload is another factor that may affect fingerprinting results time. We are here and available for help throughout the entire process.

In-house drug screen results are INSTANT. Laboratory screens take up to 5 days.  4. What form of payment do you accept?

Cash, business check, or credit card payment is accepted. 5. How much time does it take to capture my fingerprints?

Our fingerprinting process takes between 3 and 5 minutes, depending on the image quality of your prints. 6. Do you offer mobile services?

Yes, we are more than happy to come to your location. Please call us in advance to schedule an appointment and inquire about travel fees for your area. 7. Who is required to have a Level-2 Background Screen (Fingerprints)?

  • Healthcare doctors, clinics, birth centers, tissue and organ banks, hospitals
  • Childcare day care center employees, after-school program employees, youth coaches, school employees, foster care, volunteers
  • Juvenile Treatment Centers
  • Elderly/Disability employees or volunteers providing care to elderly or disabled persons nursing homes, assisted living, home health, adult day care centers and family homes, hospice, home medical equipment providers, care facilities
  • Criminal justice law enforcement, corrections, correction probation officers
  • Real Estate realtors, insurance agents
  • Florida Bar applicants
  • Liquor Licenses
  • Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services

8. How does EZ ensure a quality fingerprint?

There are a number of conditions that can affect the image quality of a fingerprint. For instance, wet or sweaty fingers may cause the fingerprint to look blurred and not come out clearly. On the other hand, dry fingers will cause the image to look broken and lack definition. If a clearly defined delta and core (see insert) can be seen, that is a quality fingerprint. At EZ FingerPrints, we are experts at looking and finding quality fingerprints to ensure they are approved.

Timely

Timely

Our fingerprinting services cut down the process time from 3-8 weeks to 24-72 hours. The reason for this dramatic reduction of time is that our fingerprinting system immediately transmits the data to the FDLE and on to the FBI rather than manually sending fingerprinting cards through the mail.

Like our fingerprint results, our drug test results are just as fast. No more waiting in the mail for results. Within 24-72 hours you will have your results in your inbox.
